Melanie Wood
Melanie has been with KinderCare since October of 2009. She began her career with KinderCare in North Carolina, as a teacher and then became an Assistant Director. In May of 2013 she transferred within the company, moved to Maryland and then became the Assistant Director at Germantown KinderCare. In July of 2014 Melanie became the Center Direcor at Germantown KinderCare. Melanie has been working with children for sixteen years now. She absolutely loves what she does. She really enjoys building strong relationships with the children and families she serves. Most importantly she loves knowing that she has been able to make a positive impact on the lives of many children.
